Michael Jones has been in Real Estate Sales since 1999, and has been recognized for sales excellence by the best residential firms in NYC. While with Citi Habitats as an Associate Broker, MJ was tapped to help open a new territory for the company and was one of the top producing agents in his office. From there MJ was promoted into Management. CAFE MJ was first conceived and instituted to help new and struggling agents in his office achieve their goals faster and more efficiently. Office production increased dramatically, and elements of CAFE MJ were used by the Citi Habitats Institute, with MJ serving often as a guest lecturer to share his techniques in sales. |

While with the Corcoran Group:Brooklyn, MJ sold apartments and townhouses, and was awarded membership to the coveted "Multi-Million Dollar Club" for excellence in sales. While still working in Sales, MJ has missed the joy of teaching and helping new agents reach their potential, which is why CAFE MJ is now available to everyone. |
